Guest Policy and Code of Conduct

At Cane Garden Bay Beach Hotel, we are committed to creating a luxurious, safe, and enjoyable environment for every guest. To ensure the comfort of all who stay with us, we kindly ask guests to review and respect the following policies and code of conduct during their visit:

General Conduct

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect toward hotel staff, fellow guests, and the property at all times.

  • We ask that you refrain from excessive noise or disruptive behaviour, especially during designated quiet hours, which begin at 9:30 PM.

  • Clothing, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times in public areas and hallways.

Safety & Security

  • Keep your guest room door locked at all times and safeguard valuables using the in-room safe.

  • Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms. Gathering in rooms beyond registered occupancy is not allowed.

  • Any damage to guest rooms or public areas will be assessed and charged to the responsible guest(s).

Smoking Policy

Cane Garden Bay Beach Hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all guest rooms and interior public spaces. This includes the use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.

  • A $1,000 fine will be applied to any guest who smokes in a hotel room or in a way that causes lingering odour or discomfort to other guests or within shared spaces such as hallways or elevators.

Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on hotel property:

  • Alcoholic beverages not provided by the hotel or its partners

  • Tobacco or vaping products in non-designated areas

  • Illegal substances or drugs

  • Firearms or weapons of any kind

  • Fireworks, smoke bombs, or similar items

  • Disorderly behaviour, fighting, or verbal abuse

  • Laser pointers or items that may cause disruption or harm

Chaperoned Groups & Noise Complaints

If your stay involves a group booking:

  • Designated chaperones are responsible for supervising group members and will be required to accompany hotel staff when addressing any complaints or concerns.

  • Should a guest or group receive a formal warning for disruptive conduct, this will serve as the first and final warning.

  • If the behaviour continues, the hotel reserves the right to charge a $250 recovery fee or evict the involved guest(s) without refund.
